On Tuesday the 3rd day of December 2024, the court will hear a variety of criminal and civil appeals, along with motions. Key cases on the docket include the criminal appeal in Alphonsus Aririukwu vs The State, and several civil appeals, such as Grace O. Kalu vs Abia State Polytechnic and Pastor Goddy Kanu vs Hon. Ibeku Ugochukwu & 2 Ors.
The cause list for Wednesday the 4th day of December 2024 also features a blend of criminal and civil appeals, with cases like The State vs Maxwell Amadi and Chief Hart O. Adighimadu & 4 Ors. vs H.R.H Eze Stephen Ihuoma & 9 Ors.
On the final day of the virtual sitting, Thursday the 5th day of December 2024, the court will focus on additional civil appeals and motions.
