Suspected bandits launched a fresh attack on Maigora, a town in Faskari Local Government Area of Katsina State, on Tuesday night, leaving one person dead and another injured. The attackers also abducted two girls during the raid.
Security analyst Bakatsine disclosed the incident in a post on X (formerly Twitter) on Wednesday.
“Yesterday night, bandits invaded Maigora town in Faskari LGA of Katsina State. They killed one person, injured another, and abducted two girls during the invasion,” the post read.
As of the time of filing this report, security agencies are yet to release an official statement regarding the incident.
