Nasarawa State Governor, Abdullahi Sule, has officially sworn in newly appointed Special Advisers, assigning them portfolios to enhance governance and service delivery.
In a statement on Monday, the Governor’s Personal Assistant on Social Media, Mr. Godwin Rimi, announced the appointments and their respective roles.
Dr. Justina Anjide-Kotso has been designated to the Office of the Secretary to the State Government (SSG), while Aliyu Safiyanu will oversee Investment. Other appointees include Haruna Idris (Chieftaincy Affairs), Lawal Yakubu (Public Works), Jibrin Giza (Finance), Gambo Abdullahi (Health), Moses Utondo (Rural Development), and Elsie Monde (Women Affairs).
Additional assignments include Mohammed Shehu Baba (Political Affairs), Danlami Lawal (ICT), Mohammed Alkali (Assembly Liaison), Ibrahim Shekarau (Education), Mohammed Shege (Mining), Nuhu Bunu (Agriculture), and Jibrin Ibrahim (Civil Service).
Furthermore, Muhammad Abubakar has been assigned to the Governor’s Office, while Mohammed Iyimoga Oyigye will serve as Special Adviser on Special Duties and Agriculture.
Governor Sule emphasized that these appointments are part of his administration’s commitment to strengthening governance and improving public service efficiency across the state.
