A Lagos State High Court has ordered actress and businesswoman Elizabeth Aishat Ibukun Anjorin Lawal, widely known as Lizzy Anjorin, to stop publishing or circulating images of Priscilla Ojo Mkambala’s young son, Rakeem Mkambala.
Justice Yetunde Desola Adesanya issued the interim order on Wednesday, 2 September 2026, in the Lagos Judicial Division. The ruling followed an ex-parte application brought by Priscilla Ojo Mkambala, her husband Juma Mussa Mkambala, and their son Rakeem.
The court restrained Anjorin, together with her agents, employees, representatives or anyone acting on her behalf, from posting, uploading, circulating or broadcasting Rakeem’s pictures on a list of named social-media accounts. Those accounts include @lizzyanjorin_originallawal, @lizzyanjorin_original, @lizzyanjorin_legal_mrs_lawal, @yeyemesho_luxuryfabric1, the Facebook page Lizzyanjorin2 and @lizzyanjorin_soyoyo.
The same order also bars her from publishing or broadcasting any editorials concerning the three applicants on those platforms.
The suit, numbered LD/ADR/6646/2026, was filed under Order 43 Rules 1 and 3(2) of the High Court of Lagos State (Civil Procedure) Rules 2019. The application itself was dated 26 August 2026; the sealed order was granted on 2 September.
The court directed that the case file be returned to the High Court Registry for reassignment to the appropriate division. The restraints remain in force pending the hearing and determination of the applicants’ Motion on Notice and any further proceedings in the suit.
