The Electoral Committee of the Nigerian Bar Association (ECNBA) has released the timetable for its Eastern Zone Voter Sensitization Workshop as part of ongoing preparations for the 2026 NBA National Elections.
The virtual workshop aims to equip eligible voters with essential knowledge of the electronic voting system, boost participation, and address key concerns regarding the upcoming polls.

Time: 4:00 p.m. WAT
Format: Virtual Meeting
Venue: Official ECNBA online meeting link (to be circulated to participants)
The session will cover members from the following states: Anambra, Akwa Ibom, Rivers, Imo, Abia, Bayelsa, Enugu, and Cross River.
According to the ECNBA, the official virtual meeting link, along with the e-voting user guide and formal invitations, will be sent to Chairmen of NBA Branches in the Eastern Zone at least 12 hours before the commencement of the workshop. All branches within the designated states are expected to participate.
The sensitization exercise is part of the Committee’s wider strategy to ensure that NBA members are well-informed and adequately prepared to participate in what is expected to be a credible, transparent,
and inclusive national election.
