Imo State representative Isinwa Chidozie Senator has been named Mr Universe Nigeria 2026 and Mr Cosmo Nigeria after winning the national male pageant final in Lagos.
The grand finale was held on Saturday at Skyview, The Lekki Coliseum. The host announced him as the winner of both titles, drawing applause from the audience.d83190
The win sends Senator to Mister Cosmo International in Vietnam in January, where he will compete against titleholders from other countries. His prize package includes a new car, cash, and other gifts valued at more than ₦7 million.
Senator is a fashion model and sports enthusiast and an alumnus of Imo State University, where he previously held the Mr IMSU title. He was first runner-up at an earlier edition of Misters of Nigeria.
Mr Lagos placed first runner-up and Mr Edo finished second. Special awards went to Mr Benue (Gentlemanx Top Model), Mr Enugu (Mister Tourism Africa Nigeria), and Mr Ogun (Man of the Year). The pageant selected Nigerian representatives for several international male competitions.
Senator’s next focus is preparation for the international contest in Vietnam early next year.
