As the Nigerian Bar Association Section on Business Law (NBA-SBL) holds its 19th Annual International Business Law Conference in Lagos from 2nd to 5th July 2025, former NBA National Officer, Okey Leo Ohagba, Esq., has extended a warm note of felicitation to the section, hailing its leadership and commitment to legal innovation.
In a message titled “A Note of Felicitation,” Ohagba commended the Ozofu ’Latunde Ogiemudia-led Council and the Conference Planning Committee for curating a forward-thinking agenda.
“This year’s conference theme, ‘The Future of Business Law in an Intelligence Age’, encapsulates today’s rapidly evolving legal business landscape,” he wrote.
He observed that the legal profession is grappling with the complexities of the digital era, and praised the NBA-SBL for creating a platform that fosters critical dialogue:
