A total of five Judicial Officers were penalized for different acts of misconduct.
The Council also reviewed the Report from its Preliminary Complaints Assessment Committee, which examined a total of 30 petitions and established six Committees for further investigation. Out of these, 22 petitions were dismissed due to lack of merit, while two were deemed sub judice.
The Council has also established a Committee to investigate all complaints and petitions against Hon. Justice O. A. Ojo, the Chief Judge of Osun State.
