As the Eastern Bar Forum (EBF) convenes for its Colloquium and Quarterly Meeting in Abakaliki, Ebonyi State, past National Officer of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), Okey Ohagba, Esq., has extended warm felicitations to the EBF Governor, Aniekan Akpan, Esq., the Governing Council, and all members of the forum.
