Prominent legal practitioner and Past National Officer of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), Okey Leo Ohagba, Esq., has extended warm felicitations to the NBA Ikeja Branch—popularly known as the Tiger Bar—on the occasion of its 2025 Annual Law Week.

He emphasized the importance of safeguarding the profession’s future through intentional mentorship and capacity building for young lawyers, stressing that “Upholding the integrity and core values of our profession, as well as deliberate investment in the capacity building of younger lawyers through structured mentorship schemes, are some major steps towards safeguarding the future of legal practice.”
Ohagba further urged participants at the event to seize the opportunity to reflect deeply on the challenges facing the legal industry and work collaboratively to “chart a positive path for the profession.”
